“The most fulfilling part of earning my degree is being able to finally finish what I started all those years ago. I always thought I might have what it takes to earn a degree, but now I’ve been able to prove it! I also did the Accelerated Master’s Pathway and was able to successfully complete some master’s-level classes at a distinguished level. It is fulfilling to know that at an age when many brains start declining, I’m still able to do master’s-level work.”

The SoBTH Advisory Board provides insights, input and feedback on the skills that employers demand of business management, information technology and healthcare administration students.
The advisory board will help ensure that Capella University provides:
Our faculty bring a wealth of professional experiences to the classroom, with practical insights that can help you bridge the gap between learning in the classroom and working in the real world. They can help you learn the applicable skills you can use right away and share their understanding of what it’s really like to work in your chosen field of study.
“Capella gave me a more big-picture perspective. In my prior role, I had very little understanding of how my work fit into the larger framework of the system in which my clinics operated. Being engaged in my work while learning helped me to see clearly that this education is effective and worthwhile.”
