Dr. Melissa Zgola is the academic program director for the department of technology and the person of contact for the Cybersecurity Center.
Melissa Zgola, EdD
Program Director, School of Business, Technology, and Health Care Administration
Dr. Melissa Zgola is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational and professional background. She holds a bachelor's in psychology, master's in counseling, master's in information systems, and an EdD in Education Leadership. Dr. Zgola brings 15 years of experience teaching IT courses in both online and on-campus formats. Known for her strategic and creative thinking, she is a thorough, ethical, and a hardworking professional. Her compassionate and personable nature complements her passion for advancing the technology industry and addressing gender and diversity disparities within the IT field.
